EverClean Australia operates a dedicated early childhood cleaning division — not a general cleaning company with childcare as a side service. Our childcare cleaning teams receive specific induction training covering NQF Quality Area 2 requirements, the infection control risks unique to early childhood environments, correct product selection for environments where children under 5 are present, and the documentation expectations of regulatory authority inspections. Every staff member working in childcare holds a current WWCC and police clearance.

Our childcare cleaning programs are designed to meet and exceed NQF Quality Area 2 (Children's Health and Safety). This includes: daily documented cleaning of all regulated areas (classrooms, bathrooms, nappy change stations, kitchens, sleep rooms, outdoor areas), product selection aligned with ACECQA guidance on safe cleaning agents, cleaning schedules structured around regulatory expectations, and records maintained in formats compatible with regulatory authority review and self-assessment evidence.

Yes. Without exception. Every EverClean team member assigned to a childcare service holds a current NSW Working With Children Check and a clean police clearance. We verify these before any staff member commences work in your service, maintain copies of all WWCC numbers, and renew them on the required cycle. WWCC numbers for all assigned staff are available on request within 24 hours.

We use non-toxic, biodegradable products certified safe for environments where children under 5 are present. All disinfectants are TGA-listed and effective against hand-foot-and-mouth virus, norovirus, rotavirus, respiratory viruses, and the bacterial pathogens most commonly associated with childcare illness transmission. Products are free from bleach fumes, ammonia, and synthetic fragrances. Safety Data Sheets are available for every product used in your service.

Yes. When a gastroenteritis outbreak, confirmed hand-foot-and-mouth case, or other illness event requires immediate enhanced cleaning and disinfection, EverClean Australia provides urgent deep cleaning response for childcare services in our coverage area. We use TGA-listed products with verified efficacy against the identified pathogen and provide documented evidence of the enhanced cleaning for your records and regulatory notification.
